Springing Forward

Such amazing light streams into our kitchen in the early evening now that the days are lengthening!  My mom sent us beautiful flowers to brighten up our apartment :)  Hey, it looked like this in the fall. 

Right Beneath your Feet

Sometimes that's where you find the most interesting part of your surroundings!  I walked over this beautiful wood floor in a local shop and the brick plaza of the Buckingham Fountain in Chicago.

Grow Things

I like turning my plants and watching them move back to the light during the week.

Shorter Days

The days are starting to get noticeably shorter - the evening lights slants into our kitchen at an earlier hour now.  The changing of the season always makes me feel excited and a little wistful at the same time.
